Final List of Countries and Other News
The contest launch has officially been announced as the 1st November. Contestants will, this time, be given just under 2 months to create their tracks. As usual participants of the previous contest have 2 days before the contest goes open to choose their countries. This time only one artist can represent each country, unless it is a collaboration.
The deadline for submissions is the 27th December, however, no date for the show, or place has yet been announced.

Another 25 countries have been confirmed as eligible countries today, making the total of 55 representable countries. There is one final part to the list, so you can expect to have around 80 countries available to represent.

RAC 5 Pre-Launch Excitement!
The 5th contest is due to make some big changes to the contest and some are already evident from NeonProjects news post on Newgorunds.
The top 5 countries from RAC4 have been granted automatic qualification into the final for the 5th contest. Other countries will have to go through a semi-final system before making it to the final. In the final there will be 25 countries competing for points and there will be 5 voting blocks.
The contest now has a list of permitted countries, which is going to be revealed in 3 parts, so far only part 1 of the list has been revealed;
